Christmas is one of my favorite times of year. I love curling up on the couch to watch all my Christmas favorites. One of my absolute favorite Christmas specials is A Charlie Brown Christmas. I know that most Christmas movies focus on Santa. I'm fine with that. Those movies are good too. Catch phrases like "you'll shoot your eye out" never seem to grow old. But I know that there is so much more to Christmas than Santa and gifts. Which is why I'm such a fan of A Charlie Brown Christmas. They actually share the exact reason we celebrate. What amazes me most is that this is such a timeless Christmas special, that never grows old. This is one you see year after year, generation after generation enjoying. How awesome, that every year, we can pretty much count on seeing A Charlie Brown Christmas in the Christmas special TV line up - and know that the hundreds of thousands of people watching it will have the opportunity to hear the true meaning of Christmas.
