Where everybody knows your name

Day 13 of 30:

Each week there's usually one evening I have to work late. On those days I typically go to the Y to workout in morning instead of going after work. The woman who works the front desk in the mornings took the time to learn my name. I know that's really not a huge deal, but considering the number of people who come in and out of the Y daily, I appreciate that she's taken time to learn who I am. And not only that, she greets me, with a smile, by name each and every time I walk through the doors. And when I leave, I'm told goodbye, by name each and every time. I really appreciate that. I'm thankful for the customer service, but mostly just for the kindness and consideration this woman shares with me. I've let her know that I appreciate it and she says it's no big deal, but I think it is.
